Sure can!
Above ground pools typically come with 1 skimmer, and 1 return.
For installations near a lot of trees, or where you expect a lot of surface debris, 2 skimmers can be used and would be very helpful!
In most cases, the second skimmer hole will have to be cut in the metal pool wall prior to the liner installation. Care must be used when cutting the hole (measure twice, cut once) and you will need to treat the cut area for rust protection using a rust inhibitor.
