While we take every precaution in shipping your items, when damage is found after the delivery ticket is signed, you’ll want to file a concealed damage claim directly with the delivering freight company.
When reporting the damage to the delivery freight terminal, they will supply you with a concealed damage claim form. Once you submit the form to the delivery company and they validate your claim, they will issue a check directly to you for repairing or replacing the damaged item.
Unfortunately, as indicated in your purchase contract we are unable to file a damage claim unless the damage is written on the delivery ticket before the ticket is signed at the time of delivery.
