What if an 18-Wheeler truck cannot deliver to my address?
You have options. You can pick up at the freight terminal, ship to another address, meet the driver in a large public parking lot, or pick up at our Memphis warehouse by appointment.
Why a truck might not reach your home
Large items such as pool kits, saunas, hot tubs, custom safety covers, and liners ship by 18-wheeler freight truck. We offer residential delivery, but narrow winding roads, single-lane highways, steep grades, or gravel roads can keep a driver from delivering safely to your home.
Your delivery options

Whichever option you choose, you are still responsible for inspecting your order before you accept it.
Inspect before you sign
Freight drivers can typically wait up to 15 minutes while you check that the correct number of pieces arrived undamaged. You may break the shrink wrap on the skids to inspect items. If anything is damaged or missing, or you aren't sure:
- Note all damage or missing items clearly on the bill of lading before you sign.
- Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging.
- Refuse damaged items as allowed by the driver.
- Keep your copy of the proof of delivery and the damaged packaging.
- Contact us within 1 business day.
If damage or missing items aren't noted on the proof of delivery, we can't guarantee compensation or replacements.
Unloading your delivery
Freight deliveries run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, and the freight company will call the number you gave us to set a time. You are responsible for unloading, so have enough people on hand. Liftgate service is available at an extra charge, but it may not be available everywhere, and some pool kit items are too large for a liftgate.
