The panels are lifetime steel & lifetime polymer! (yay!) The liner and all of your equipment each have their own individual manufacturer's warranty.
If a problem occurs, contact us first to see if our technical support staff can troubleshoot the issue. If we are unable to fix the issue over the phone, our customer support team will assist you with your warranty claim. In some cases, this will simply be to provide you with the information needed to file the claim with the manufacturer per their guidelines. In these circumstances, the manufacturers requires working directly with customers on warranty claims.
